Overview

This small-group tour is an intermediate trek with the best views. Unlike the Cinque Terre Trek, this offers a more challenging trek with a rewarding destination – Portovenere. The pace is yours, so we provide an excellent time to enjoy yourself. It will take at least 6 hours of trekking to arrive in Portovenere. This is not for people with vertigo, as the trek goes over some thin areas on the outer trail. After you arrive in Portovenere, the time is yours to swim, have a nice lunch, or stroll the back allies. You will be given your ticket for the boat ride back to Riomaggiore or Monterosso. If the seas become high and all the boats are canceled. In that case, you will take the bus & train back to Cinque Terre. This trek can be 1 to 10 people; the expected average is 1 to 4 people on this tour.

Cinque Terre

You will need to have good walking shoes, a backpack, a hat, sunglasses, water, and a light rain jacket. We will be hiking up the hillside of Riomaggiore to reach our trail to Portovenere. These views are some of the best in the area. We will stop for photos and talk about the history of Cinque Terre & its surrounding area. There is a lot to learn on our hike and the landscape constantly changes. You can take the ferry back to Riomaggiore, which is also a great way to see just how far you have walked. There is also a bus back to La Spezia or a ferry. This is not included in the price. The Ferry to Riomaggiore is 15 euros. The ferry to La Spezia port is 8 euros & the bus is 2.50 euros

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
