My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and we can start with the TIRAMISU' to immediately move on to the preparation of the best PESTO by mortar and pestle. Then we will prepare the local TROFIE which you can finally taste with pesto and a glass of local wine; among pleasant chat you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. Finally, the most famous Italian dessert awaits you, the creamy TIRAMISU' which will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen.
