Overview

We depart from La Spezia, Mirabello Yacht Club. This relaxing cruise will slowly take us around the beautiful Gulf of the Poets and Portovenere Area. A welcome drink and we will cruise right away towards the islands Palmaria and Tino; here we will start to get into the history of the area, spotting from the sea the IIWW bunkers and tunnels; those islands have a very wild landscape with maritime pine trees and cliff that hangs out of the coast, seagull and wild goats around especially at sunset time . We will stop in a bay along the shore to take a dip in the blue waters and enjoying a light dinner set up and served right on board on a romantic and private atmosphere. We will move towards Portovenere to discover from the water this stunning medieval town. We will then cruise out of the Gulf, in open waters, to see the sun setting into the sea. Slowly heading back to the Mirabello Yacht Club enjoying the golden light with a glass of good wine and some relaxing music!

Piscina Naturale Portovenere E Palmaria

Departure from Mirabello Port, La Spezia. This tour will take us on the discover of the Gulf of the Poets Area and in particular we will focus in the visit of Portovenere, Palmaria and Tino island. After a welcome drinks we will start our navigation towards the Tino and the Palmaria islands; here we will cruise close to the shore in order to admire those marvelous coastline section with steep and rocky mountains that slide right into the sea…seagulls and wild goats will be part of our background during the cruise. Those islands are also characterized by II World War strategic military constructions, such as bunkers, tunnels and ammo dump. We will visit the stunning medieval town of Portovenere and serve right on board a delightful light dinner with typical products of the territory…with a glass on your hand in a magical atmosphere we will wait for the sunset light before cruising back to Mirabello Port.
